AWS Setup for Real-Time Processing

I’m ready to deploy a real-time data-processing application and need the AWS foundation put in place quickly and correctly. I’m interested in running the workload on AWS rather than simply hosting a static site or using the server as a backup node, so the focus is on configuring compute, networking, and storage for persistent, low-latency streaming workloads. What I’m looking for • Selection and provisioning of the right compute layer (EC2, ECS, or another managed option you recommend) • Secure VPC, subnet, and security-group configuration with least-privilege access • Installation and optimisation of the runtime environment my code needs (Python 3.11 with popular data-stream libraries, or guidance if another stack is more suitable) • Hooks for real-time ingestion—Kinesis, Kafka, or an alternative—plus auto-scaling tied to throughput • CloudWatch or Grafana dashboards so I can watch latency, CPU, and memory in real time • A concise runbook or README that explains how to redeploy or extend the setup If you’ve already built high-throughput, always-on data pipelines on AWS and are comfortable automating the whole stack with CloudFormation or Terraform, that’s exactly the experience I need. I can give you code samples and traffic profiles as soon as we start; I just don’t have the AWS muscle memory to wire it all together properly myself. Please mention one recent real-time project you completed, the AWS services you ended up using, and roughly how long it took you from blank account to production-ready. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this pipeline live.
