I already run a full-featured e-commerce system with customer, vendor and delivery-boy apps plus their respective web panels. All core functions are live; what I am missing is a smarter logistics flow and a fresh look. Here is the flow I want added: the moment a customer checks out, the order should automatically ping the closest delivery boy who is online and within range of the vendor’s store. The first active driver receives the task, confirms, and the usual status updates should ripple through to vendor and customer screens in real time. If that driver ignores or rejects, the request needs to cascade to the next nearest available driver until someone accepts. All assignment data must also be visible in the admin panel so I can track who got what, when, and why. At the same time, I want to swap the current UI for a cleaner, modern theme across both the mobile apps and the web panels—fonts, colors, icons, spacing, the works—without touching any business logic that already runs smoothly. You’ll receive the existing source, API docs and access to a staging server. I expect: • the auto-assignment logic integrated end-to-end, fully tested on real devices • the new theme applied consistently on Android, iOS (if applicable), and web panels • code pushed to my Git repository plus release builds for final approval I will sign off once an order placed in staging lands with the nearest driver in under a second and every screen reflects the new design with zero broken screens or workflows.
