Automated Toilet Seat Prototype

I already have the full commode in a clean STEP file and a brief reference video that shows the motion I’m after. Your task is to turn that static model into a complete, motion-sensor-driven seat that lifts and lowers automatically, running from a direct mains connection. Here’s what I need: • Updated 3D assembly that integrates the lifting mechanism into the existing STEP model, including clear hinge geometry and actuator placement. • Selection of a reliable motion sensor, an appropriate electric actuator or motor, and any required control board/relay—please include commercially available part numbers so I can order everything immediately. • Basic control schematic showing how the sensor, actuator, and power supply are wired. • Exploded drawings or screenshots that make assembly self-explanatory. • Short animation or simulation that demonstrates the lifting and lowering cycle (so I can show stakeholders before we build). • Bill of materials (BOM) with sourcing links where possible. I’m happy to answer questions about space constraints, seat weight, or mounting points—just ask. The aim is to move quickly from CAD to a physical prototype, so designs that keep fabrication simple will be preferred.
