Automate Weekly Feedback & Sales Updates

I keep separate Google Sheets for customer feedback and for sales performance, and each Friday I need them refreshed with the latest information. • Customer feedback arrives as email responses that I download as CSV. • Sales figures are exported from our POS in a simple Excel file. Manually copying, cleaning, and pasting both data sets is becoming error-prone, so I want a lightweight process—preferably Apps Script, Power Query, or any solution you’re comfortable with—that pulls the two files, standardises the columns, and appends the new rows into their respective tabs. Deliverables – One automated workflow (script, macro, or Zap) that runs on a weekly trigger. – Two updated Sheets: “Customer Feedback” and “Sales”, fully up to date and retaining historical data. – Clear, one-page read-me so I can adjust file locations or column headers myself later. Acceptance If, after the first scheduled run, the row counts in both tabs match the source files and column mapping is correct, I’ll consider the job complete.
