I need Universal Login and Single Sign-On powered by Auth0 across four key services I use every day: my WordPress website, a Minds Network social media instance, Proton Mail accounts, and our internal Notion workspace. US Residents Only Scope • Review configuration of Auth0 tenant with branded Universal Login. • Connect WordPress, Minds, Proton Mail, and Notion so users can move between them with a single identity. • Set up role-based, tiered access (e.g., Member, Moderator, Admin) and make sure I can adjust those roles easily from the Auth0 dashboard. • Expose an “access control” view for site admins so they can see who belongs to which tier and promote/demote in a few clicks. • Map existing user bases into Auth0 without forcing password resets where possible. This should be minimal since the project isn't live yet. • Provide concise hand-off docs that show: how to add a new application, how to create or edit roles, and how to troubleshoot the most common issues. Key notes – WordPress already runs on latest stable version with standard login; no major theme edits allowed. – Minds and Notion both need OAuth-compatible flows; Proton Mail will rely on SAML. – Wherever platform limitations require a workaround, outline it clearly and keep future updates in mind. Deliverable A fully working Auth0 setup with the four platforms live in production, user roles tested end-to-end, and short video walkthrough or screenshot guide demonstrating the configuration. If you’re comfortable with Auth0 Rules/Actions, SAML, and OAuth 2.0 and have integrated at least two of these platforms before, I’d love to get this moving quickly.
