Contractor must own their own seat of ArchiCAD 28-29 High-end residential architectural design company seeking a talented and motivated self-starter for contract position. Prefer your location be in USA or Must be fluent in English. This is an opportunity for the right candidate with expertise in “ArchiCAD software only” with emphasis on high-end home construction documentation. To be successful in this role you will need: High expertise and knowledge in ArchiCAD software, ArchiCAD teamwork’s and all the fundamentals of the software including working with custom templates, profiles, complex profiles, layouts, workspaces and all tools. Creating custom doors, windows and walls as well as creating details and full documentation for permit approval. Complete knowledge of project, view map and layout book, view settings, library manager, attributes, favorites, beam schedules, window and door schedules including custom notes of live text, key notes, title blocks, etc. Must have a strong work ethic, be a team player and an active communicator. High-level of motivation and energy, with thorough and meticulous attention to detail and a “can do attitude” with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, to produce in a fast-paced fluid environment. Successful candidate must own a professional seat of ArchiCAD 27 – 28 full version. Be fluent in English, reading, interpreting and modeling architectural drawings. Must be able to share a strong portfolio showcasing your ArchiCAD and 3D modeling skills, with knowledge and proficiency of Twin Motion or Lumion preferred
