I need an ArchiCAD expert to make architectural changes for a project. Requirements: - Modify existing ArchiCAD file - Create concept drawings - Develop working drawings Exterior modifications focus on: - Roof modifications: Change roof shape/pitch Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in ArchiCAD (must have own subscription) - Strong architectural design background - Experience with concept and working drawings - Knowledge of roof modification techniques Whats required, Reduce the width of the living are but make it longer to fit the dining table between the kitchen and lounge , add sliding doors to back wall , remove formal entry, remove media room and reduce the garage size house plan will be provided as an archicad file but will need PDF files for presentation to client
