Arabic Crisp Chatbot Setup

I already have Crisp installed and connected; what’s missing is a fully-functioning Arabic chatbot and support workflow. I need your help to configure everything inside Crisp so that visitors can: • receive instant answers to frequently asked questions in Arabic, • be smoothly routed to live support whenever the bot detects they need a human, and • leave quick feedback after their issue is resolved. The replies should be rich and engaging—plain text when it’s enough, images or short videos when they clarify a point, and direct links to resources whenever that will shorten the conversation. All flows, triggers and knowledge-base articles must be created in Arabic, with polite, brand-appropriate language. Crisp is already integrated on my side, so your focus is the in-dashboard setup: building the chatbot scenario, tagging conversations correctly, setting operating hours, testing hand-offs to live agents and making sure feedback data is stored neatly for later analysis. Once you finish, I’ll need a short walkthrough video or call so I can see how to tweak answers in the future. Deliverable: a fully configured, Arabic-language Crisp workspace that’s live on my site and ready for real customers the moment we flip the switch.
