I’m looking to develop a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that streamlines how we measure siding elevations and produce professional estimates. The goal is a functional prototype we can put in the hands of sales reps on job-sites. Core workflow • Capture wall dimensions three ways: manual typing, live AR scans (ARKit / ARCore), or importing drone imagery. • Auto-calculate total square footage in real time, then let the user subtract windows, doors, and trim with a few taps. • Pull in a Google Maps or drone snapshot when available to give context to the measurements. Estimate & reporting The app must generate a clean, branded PDF that includes: – All square-footage calculations broken down by elevation. – Line-item deductions for every window, door, and trim piece. – The embedded map or aerial image for quick visual reference. Users should be able to save, email, or sync that PDF directly to our CRM / estimating software via API. Nice-to-have integrations If you have experience with Flutter or React Native, note it—maintaining a single codebase is preferred. Familiarity with common roofing or siding CRMs will be a plus. Deliverables 1. Wireframes and UI mockups for approval. 2. A working iOS & Android build that meets the above specs. 3. Source code with clear documentation. 4.
