I need a streamlined POS invoicing app built exclusively on AppSheet for my wholesale goods distribution business. I already use Google Sheets as a data source and would like the app to sit on top of it, syncing in real time. Core requirements • Invoice generation – create, edit, GST-compliant invoices on the spot, with automatic numbering and tax calculations. • Customer and Inventory management – maintain customer profiles and inventory details (name, unit, gst, cess, etc) • Orders & deliveries – a simple workflow that records new orders and then lets my dispatch team update the delivery status (e.g., Pending, On the Way, Delivered) from their own device. Customers should receive status notifications by email or SMS. • Master user dashboard – I need a single view summarising today’s sales, overdue deliveries, and top customers, plus the ability to override or correct entries. • Related enhancements – space for future add-ons such as basic analytics or additional status stages, provided the structure stays clean and easy to extend. Gst tax rate updates. Scope and deliverables 1. Functional prototype on my AppSheet account, wired to sample data, demonstrating every feature above. 2. Polished UX with my colour palette and logo so the team can start using it immediately. 3. Documentation: sheet structure, key AppSheet expressions, and a short Loom or Zoom walkthrough showing how to add users and tweak rules. 4. One round of post-deployment tweaks based on real-world feedback during the first week of use. I will supply branding assets and a Google Sheet template; you configure everything, test thoroughly, and leave me with ownership of the app and all underlying formulas.
