I want a single, integrated system that lets my staff manage two key tasks with ease: collecting student fees and handling new admissions. The solution has to include a responsive web interface for administrators and an Android app for parents and students. On the admission side, applicants must be able to fill out an online form and upload the required documents directly from their phones or any browser. All submissions should sync to a central database so my team can review them in real time and export the data whenever needed. For fees, the priority is an automated reminder engine that can send scheduled push notifications and emails ahead of due dates, at custom intervals we define. Although I am open to adding payment gateways or history tracking later, this first release only needs the reminder workflow working flawlessly. I expect a clean, modern UI, role-based access for admins, teachers and parents, and secure, well-documented code.
