Project Title: Mobile App Development — VIP Club (iOS & Android) Goal The goal is to build a clean, reliable VIP membership app that runs natively on both Android and iOS. Its core value comes from exclusive communication and curated product access, so notifications, announcements, and catalog browsing must be included from the start. Scope (Version 1) Create two fully functional, store-ready apps (Google Play & App Store). User Registration: first name, last name, email, and mobile. Messaging Module: admin-to-user messages, broadcast announcements, push notifications, and an internal inbox. VIP Catalog: products imported from Shopify into a backend database, showing image, title, description, price, and deep link to Shopify for purchase. VIP Offers: discounted, early-access products and samples not listed on the main website. Announcements Page: where admin can post: New fragrance launches Workshops and events Discount codes & promotions Videos (promo/tutorials) Referral codes General news and collaborations Profile Page: user info, notification preferences, and membership details. Contact & FAQ: WhatsApp, phone, email links, plus a simple troubleshooting guide. Future Expansion (not part of v1 but important to plan for) Wi-Fi Diffuser Control: ability for users to register their diffuser device via Wi-Fi or QR, view fragrance quantity, and adjust schedule/intensity. Deliverables iOS and Android apps ready for store submission. Backend with admin panel to manage products, users, messages, and announcements. Setup on our server. Documentation and a brief admin training guide. One round of post-launch bug fixes. Acceptance criteria Push notifications and messages appear quickly and reliably. Catalog, VIP offers, and announcements load under 2 seconds. UI matches a luxury black/white/gold theme with a premium, minimal look. No critical crashes after extended use.
