I’m looking to have a dedicated Android application built from scratch that integrates Google Play’s in-app billing. The core scope is straightforward: users should be able to install the app, authenticate through the standard Google account flow that comes bundled with Play services, and seamlessly purchase digital items or feature unlocks without ever leaving the app. All purchase states must be handled gracefully—pending, successful, failed—and reflected instantly in the UI. I will provide wireframes outlining every screen and the exact purchase points. You’ll translate those into a polished, responsive interface, preferably using Kotlin in Android Studio so we stay modern and maintainable. If you prefer Java that’s fine too, as long as the billing library is implemented correctly and the code is clean and documented. Acceptance criteria • APK that runs on Android 8.0 and above • Source code pushed to my private Git repository with clear commit history • Google Play Billing Library v6+ fully integrated, including test SKU support • Purchases persist locally and survive reinstalls via purchase restoration • A brief README explaining setup, keys, and how to add new products Once the above checks out, I’ll upload the first release to internal testing on my Play Console and we can handle any final tweaks from real-device feedback.
