Android App Upload&Maintenance

I have a utility-style Android app that is partially built but not yet store-ready. I need help finishing the remaining development work, preparing a signed release build, and publishing it through Google Play Console. After launch, I want the same person to keep the app healthy with routine updates, bug fixes, and policy compliance checks so it stays live without interruption. Current state • Core concept and some code are in place, but a few screens and background services still need polishing. • Store assets (screenshots, feature graphic) and the Play listing text will have to be generated or refined. • Google Play policies—from API-level targeting to Data Safety—must be met before submission. Scope of work 1. Review existing code, complete missing functionality, and run QA on common devices and OS versions. 2. Produce a signed AAB, set up the Play Console entry, upload builds, and manage testing tracks until approval. 3. After release, monitor crash reports, push hot-fixes when needed, and implement periodic updates to match new Android versions or Play policy changes. Deliverables • Final source code with clear commit history • Release-ready AAB / APK and keystore files • Live Play Store listing with first public version approved • Maintenance roadmap and monthly update/report for the first agreed period Tools & tech expected: Android Studio (latest stable), Kotlin/Java as appropriate, Firebase Crashlytics for post-launch monitoring, and Git for version control. If you have solid experience taking utility apps from late-stage development through launch and into long-term upkeep, I’d like to work together.
