Android and IOS app like UBER

I need an end-to-end rideshare solution for both Android and iOS that mirrors the core experience of Uber while placing special emphasis on real-time vehicle tracking. Google Maps will power every location-based feature, so please be comfortable with its SDK, routing, and live location updates. Two distinct roles—Rider and Driver—must coexist seamlessly in the same code-base: each user sees an interface tailored to their needs, yet both connect through a single backend so rides are created, matched, and tracked instantly. Primary focus • Live tracking: riders watch their driver approach and drivers see the rider’s pin updated in real time. Low latency and battery-efficient updates are critical. Additional scope Authentication, basic ride request flow, fare calculation, and a secure payment gateway can follow once live tracking is rock-solid. A lightweight admin panel for trip logs and user management would round out the first release. Deliverables - iOS and Android apps ready for App Store & Google Play submission - Backend (REST or GraphQL) with database and admin console - Source code, build instructions, and short hand-off session Acceptance criteria 1. A rider can request a trip, share live location, and see the driver icon moving on Google Maps with updates every few seconds. 2. The driver app receives the request, navigates to the rider, and the location shown to the rider matches the driver’s actual movement. 3. Trip data (start, route polyline, finish, fare) is stored and visible in the admin console. If you've already implemented similar live-tracking features, especially with Google Maps, your insight will be invaluable. I’m ready to move fast once I see a concise plan and timeline.
