I am looking for an experienced Airtable expert to develop a customized CRM for managing real estate listings, client relationships, and communication workflows. The system should centralize property data, buyer/seller information, and automate outreach processes. The solution will include linked databases, activity tracking, visual dashboards, and mapping integration (via Mapsly or similar). Prior Mapsly experience is helpful but not required. Scope of Work: - Design and link Property, Contact, and Interaction tables. - Enable automated tracking of property views, email sends, and client responses. - Build email automation workflows to share property updates or summaries. - Create client-friendly Airtable Interfaces for quick property browsing. - Connect location data to mapping tools for visual analysis. - Develop internal dashboards for sales and engagement tracking. - Configure user roles, permissions, and task automations for daily operations. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in Airtable database design and workflow automation. - Understanding of real estate lead management or CRM systems. - Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms. - Strong sense of data organization, UX for interfaces, and process efficiency.
