I need a proactive remote manager to take full care of my vacation-rental villas currently listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. What success looks like • Average response time under one hour. • Zero double-bookings across platforms. • Consistently positive guest reviews (4.8+ average). • A short weekly snapshot summarising occupancy, revenue, and any guest feedback. Tools you’ll use every day include the Airbnb and Vrbo dashboards, Google Sheets (or similar) for simple reporting, and any smart-pricing or messaging tools you already prefer. Cleaning coordination isn’t required right now, but having contacts or experience in that area would be a bonus for future scaling.
