I need a lightweight, web-based AI agent that helps me spot passive talent and reach out automatically. For this first iteration I’m keeping the scope intentionally lean and focused on the two features I care about most: • Candidate matching – Given a short role description or set of keywords, the agent should scan major job boards and the open web, surface the closest profile matches, and rank them by fit. • Automated outreach – Once I approve a match the tool should send a customizable email or InMail-style message, then log basic engagement metrics (sent / opened / replied). Please build simple browser access (a single-page UI is fine) where I can paste the job summary, review the ranked list, and trigger outreach. A clean table view, search box, and status column are all I really need for now—no complex dashboards. Integrations: • Job boards via public or partner APIs (Indeed, Monster, or similar) • Open-web scraping for publicly available résumés or social profiles Tech stack is your choice as long as it’s cost-effective and deploys to a standard cloud host. Python with FastAPI, Node with Express, or comparable frameworks are all acceptable. You’re welcome to suggest LinkedIn or internal-database hooks for later phases, but they’re outside this basic build. Deliverables: 1. Source code and brief setup instructions 2. Deployed demo URL or container image 3.
