I am ready to move from concept to launch on a cross-platform social application that centres on chat-style user interaction and dynamic social feeds. Native performance matters, so the iOS build will be in Swift and the Android counterpart in Kotlin, both talking to a modular REST API layer powered by Node.js and a few Python micro-services. Core feature set • Contextual AI: a recommendation system surfaces relevant content, contacts and nearby points of interest to each user in real time. • Geolocation: Google Maps will handle mapping, search and routing; if performance or licensing shifts, I’m open to swapping in Mapbox later. • Messaging: Firebase provides low-latency, real-time chat and presence. • Social authentication: seamless sign-in via the usual providers. Architecture & stack PostgreSQL stores relational data, Redis handles caching and queues, and everything is containerised with Docker. The entire stack will deploy to AWS (ECS or EKS, open to your advice) behind TLS, with AES-level encryption for sensitive payloads. CI/CD pipelines should automate tests, builds and staged rollouts. Management & analytics A web dashboard (React or similar) will let administrators manage users, content and metrics, with charts and export capabilities. Deliverables - Production-ready iOS and Android apps - Backend codebase with fully documented REST endpoints - Admin web dashboard with role-based access - Infrastructure as code (Dockerfiles, CloudFormation/Terraform) and CI/CD scripts - Automated test suite (unit + integration) with coverage reports - Knowledge-transfer documentation and a 30-day post-launch support window Scope & expectations This engagement covers everything from MVP to a market-ready MMP. My total allocation is roughly US $45-60 k, which already includes infrastructure setup, comprehensive testing and the initial maintenance period. Phased milestones and code reviews are a must; security, scalability and clean architecture are non-negotiable. If you have proven experience delivering native Swift and Kotlin apps backed by AWS-deployed Node/Python services—and can demonstrate past work with recommendation engines and real-time messaging—let’s talk timelines and milestones.
