My business site is built entirely with custom HTML / CSS, and I need an AI-driven “virtual admin” that can pick up incoming phone calls, interact with callers in natural language, gather the information they need, and route messages or actions back to me. The key deliverable is a fully configured voice bot connected to our existing phone number, tested end-to-end, and deployed without disrupting current site functionality. Because the site is static, you will handle both the back-end voice integration and any lightweight front-end hooks (status indicators, logs, or dashboards) in plain HTML / CSS/JS. I’m open to whichever telephony or speech-to-text stack you prefer as long as the final solution reliably answers calls 24/7, logs conversation transcripts, and lets me update prompts or FAQs without touching code.
