AI Call Assistant Integration

Customer: AI | Published: 16.11.2025

I’m rolling out an AI-driven voice assistant to handle two critical touch-points on my WordPress store: automatic order-confirmation calls right after checkout and follow-up NDR (nondelivery) verification calls when parcels bounce back. The goal is a fully hands-off system that dials customers, speaks in natural language, records responses, pushes the result straight into WooCommerce, and updates order status or triggers a new delivery attempt in real time. Here’s what I already have in mind: • WordPress / WooCommerce is the live stack, yet I’d like the underlying codebase to remain platform-agnostic enough that we can later port it to Shopify, Laravel, or any plain PHP/JavaScript storefront without a rewrite. • A cloud telephony layer such as Twilio, Vonage, or a comparable programmable voice API will likely sit under the hood; happy to use whatever you’re fastest with. • The call flow must cover multilingual greeting, order number confirmation, yes/no branching for address or date changes, and webhook the final outcome back to my site. • Deliverables include commented source, setup docs, and a short Loom or Zoom hand-off demo. This needs to go live ASAP, so I’m prioritising people who have solid production experience delivering AI voice bots or IVR automations rather than proofs of concept. If that sounds like you, please share a concise note highlighting your most relevant live deployments and the tech stack you used.
