The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in multiple PHP frameworks and CMS platforms such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Shopify, and others. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining web applications, plugins, and APIs to deliver top-quality solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and open-source frameworks. Work on Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms. Develop and customize themes, plugins, and modules as per client requirements. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance. Write clean, secure, and reusable code following best practices. Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across various environments. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain proper documentation and version control using Git. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 3+ years of experience in PHP development. Strong knowledge of Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Core PHP. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or Drupal. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Experience with MySQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL databases. Knowledge of API integration (REST, SOAP). Familiar with Git, Composer, and package management tools. Good understanding of security practices, performance optimization, and responsive design. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify Apps, or Headless CMS setups. Understanding of React.js / Vue.js for front-end integration. Knowledge of Cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or cPanel hosting).
