I need a complete cross-platform solution—iOS app, Android app, and a matching responsive website—that lets blue- and grey-collar workers quickly discover nearby employment. The entire onboarding flow must hinge on real-time Aadhaar verification so only genuine candidates can create a profile. Because many of the intended users have limited literacy, every screen should appear in simple icon-led layouts with text available in both English and Hindi. A language toggle is essential, and all copy must be written for easy comprehension. Core workflow 1. A candidate downloads the app, enters an Aadhaar number, and is verified through UIDAI’s API before any other action is allowed. 2. After location permission is granted, the app immediately surfaces local openings—think construction helpers, domestic staff, delivery riders, drivers ,helpers and similar roles—ranked by proximity. 3. A lightweight recommendation engine proposes additional jobs based on previous views, taps, or quick-apply actions.
