We are currently developing a luxury residential complex in Tuscany, Italy, composed of 9 independent villas – 3 villas of approx. 800 sqm each – 6 villas slightly smaller We are looking for a freelance 3D artist / architectural visualizer to start with a paid test project. Scope of this first test Full 3D modeling and rendering of ONE villa Exterior focus (architecture, materials, context) This first villa will be used as a style and quality test, and design revisions will be required Important note on revisions and files The project is currently under development; therefore: Layouts, materials and architectural details may change The 3D model must be editable and structured to allow future modifications Source files must be organized and suitable for revisions (not only final images) What we provide DWG drawings of the villa Reference images / style examples to define the desired look & feel Clear and structured feedback during revisions What we are looking for Clean, realistic, high-end / luxury architectural style Attention to proportions, materials and details Good communication and availability for revisions Experience with residential or luxury developments is a plus Deliverables (for the test villa) Editable 3D model of the villa High-quality exterior renderings (number to be agreed) Files suitable for future updates and extensions If we are satisfied with the quality, workflow and communication, the collaboration will continue with: Full 3D modeling and rendering of the entire residence All remaining villas and common areas Possible additional views and future revisions
