The freelancer must model the entire site from a provided master plan (PDF/DWG) and a set of reference photos (current land, trucks, warehouses, hotel, restaurant, offices, reservoir, wash bay). The video must look realistic, cinematic and clean, with soft daylight, detailed textures, vegetation, light poles, asphalt markings, trucks, people, and full buildings. The animation must follow a specific sequence: Opening aerial shot from 300–400 m, descending to reveal the entire layout. Global flyover at ~80 m showing truck capacity, rows, circulation, and 4–6 trucks moving. Dynamic drive-through between parking lanes at low altitude, including trucks reversing, exiting, turning, and workers walking. Service zone walkthrough showing restaurant, offices and hotel with people entering/exiting. Logistics warehouses & cold chambers, with loading docks, docked trucks, forklifts moving pallets.
