I own a growing agency and need an experienced hand to turn several fresh ideas into fully scoped, ready-to-go projects. My priority right now is the early stage work—structuring the brief, defining milestones, setting up workflows, choosing the right tools, and lining up the resources so my in-house team can move straight into production without delays. You’ll take each concept, run discovery with me, translate goals into a clear project plan, select the best platform (Asana, ClickUp, Trello or similar), and produce the documentation that keeps clients and creatives on the same page. Once the framework is approved, hand it over in a way my team can run with—task lists, timelines, communication templates, risk log, and any SOPs you believe will smooth execution. Proven experience launching agency or client projects from scratch is essential; I’m looking for someone comfortable working independently, asking the right questions, and delivering tangible, organized assets we can plug straight into our workflow.
