We are seeking an established company (not individual freelancers) that can step in immediately, provide round-the-clock availability, and handle both routine maintenance and new feature development. Day-to-Day Expectations: Continuous server monitoring with timely OS, PHP, Laravel, and security updates Rapid bug fixes and performance optimization for smooth page loads and video streaming On-demand content updates and course management Immediate resolution of payment gateway, video playback, and certificate issues, with 24/7 support for urgent problems Implementation of full course workflow: enrollment → payment → video access → certificate generation Admin dashboard showing enrollments, payments, video access, and certificate stats Accessibility tools for Deaf and hard-of-hearing users, including: Video captions/subtitles Sign language guides or overlays Transcripts or audio descriptions Other accessibility enhancements for inclusive learning Additional Responsibilities: Propose and implement platform improvements, including accessibility and UX enhancements Document all releases and follow a controlled version-tracking workflow Provide a single point of contact, clear escalation path, and weekly status reports We need a partner who can assume full responsibility for platform health, accessibility, and evolution, ensuring reliability, scalability, and inclusivity from day one.
