What you’ll handle • Guest communication – monitor the Airbnb inbox 24/7, answer within 10–15 minutes, send check-in/check-out notes, and gently request reviews. • Booking management – vet inquiries, sync calendars, adjust rates, and process changes or cancellations through Airbnb and our property-management software. • Property maintenance coordination – dispatch cleaners and handymen, track issues, and keep guests informed until everything is resolved. The day-to-day tools include the Airbnb platform itself, a property-management system such as Guesty or Hostaway, and Slack/WhatsApp, so you should already be comfortable navigating them.
