Project Brief: Build Zoho Survey (DRI) with Website Integration We have a survey prototype. It’s a simple, one-time survey with about 15-20 questions that we want it inside Zoho Survey (or Zoho Forms) so that responses feed directly into Zoho CRM. The survey must look clean, professional, and visually engaging (not just a plain Zoho form). The form will be embedded on our company website. We will handle the CRM integration ourselves. The freelancer only needs to deliver the survey build and styling. Scope of Work 1. Survey Build in Zoho o Build survey (questions and answer logic already defined). o Set up scoring (1–5 scale per question). o At the end, automatically assign respondents to one of four DRI stages (Explorer, Builder, Activator, Driver) based on total score. 2. Design & Styling o Make the survey visually appealing: use branding (logo, colors, fonts). o Make the survey look polished and professional, not just default Zoho. o Add progress bar or clean layout so it doesn’t look “generic.” o Ensure it works smoothly on both desktop and mobile. 3. Integration with Zoho CRM o Provide the embed code or iFrame for us to add to our website. o Test and confirm that the form displays properly when embedded. 4. Documentation Deliver a short setup note listing: • All fields created. • Scoring ranges used for the DRI stages. • Instructions for re-using or cloning the survey. Out of Scope (Handled by Us) • CRM integration (mapping fields to Zoho CRM, automations, workflows). • Any advanced Zoho Flow/Analytics setup. Deliverables • A functional Zoho Survey (or Form). • A functional Zoho Survey/Form matching the DRI logic. • Embed code (or link) tested for website integration. • Website-embedded survey that works across devices. • Documentation of fields, scoring, and setup.
