Project: Zoho One Specialist – Implementation, Customisation & Integration I am looking to hire an experienced Zoho One Specialist to help implement, customise, and integrate our business processes across Zoho applications. Our small-to-medium business is transitioning to Zoho, and we need a skilled consultant/partner to guide us through the full implementation journey. Key Requirements & Competencies Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and the wider Zoho One Suite Hands-on experience implementing Zoho for SMBs, with the ability to customise and optimise processes for productivity and scalability Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Skilled in integrating Zoho apps and tailoring them to unique business needs Must-Have Official Zoho certifications and a verifiable track record of successful projects Strong expertise in CRM, Inventory, Books, and Zoho One Professional knowledge of Deluge, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs for customisation Experience migrating from HubSpot to Zoho Zoho Creator + Flow expertise + data migration experience will give you the strongest chance of success. Ability to connect Zoho with third-party platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, social media) Deep understanding of business processes and the capability to recommend best-fit Zoho solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to train teams effectively Proficiency in English Scope of Work & Responsibilities You will support the setup and integration of multiple Zoho applications, including but not limited to: CRM, Inventory, Books, Invoice, Forms, SalesIQ, Flow, Voice, Social, Survey, WorkDrive, Campaigns, Bookings, Thrive, Landing Page, Desk, RouteIQ, Expenses, Payroll, People, Recruit, Learn, Projects, PDF Editor, Sign, Contracts, Vault. Key tasks include: Understanding business processes and advising on automation through Zoho Gathering requirements, documentation, and system design Providing demos of Zoho apps and aligning them with business needs before implementation Proper configuration and setup of apps according to workflows Workflow automation and cross-app (Zoho + third-party) integrations Data migration (HubSpot → Zoho CRM) while maintaining full data integrity Customising pipelines, dashboards, and reports Automating warehouse, sales, marketing, and support processes Training teams for effective adoption across departments Continuous optimisation and post-implementation support Documents Required for Evaluation Certifications and portfolio Examples of previous projects Client references We look forward to connecting with the right partner who can build and optimise our processes in Zoho efficiently and sustainably.
