Zoho One / Zoho CRM Migration – Fix, Complete, and Go Live We are looking for an experienced Zoho One developer to take over, audit, fix, and complete an existing Zoho migration that was left unfinished due to an unexpected interruption with our prior developer. This is not a new build. The system is partially built but not functional and cannot currently be used for daily operations. We need someone who can step in, assess quickly, and finish the job correctly. Where We Are Now Zoho One account is active Using: Zoho CRM Zoho Inventory Zoho Books / Finance (enabled) Customer, vendor, and product data exists but is incomplete or improperly linked Core transaction flow is broken Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Packing Slips exist in Deluge/HTML but are unfinished and not fully functional Inventory is based on manufacturer part numbers, not simple SKUs Key System-Wide Issues When reviewing individual modules (e.g., Sales Orders), many critical fields are missing, improperly defined, or incorrectly mapped Required fields are inconsistent across modules, breaking workflows These issues exist across most modules, not just Sales Orders Inventory & Pricing Complexity (Critical) We use manufacturer part numbers as our primary inventory reference The same part number may have multiple price points (e.g., different costs, sources, or conditions) A SKU system was created in Zoho to support this structure The SKU logic exists but is not properly finalized or implemented This SKU system must be: Reviewed Fine-tuned Implemented correctly across CRM, Inventory, and Finance Correct SKU behavior is critical to accurate quoting, ordering, and invoicing What Is Not Working Quotes Sales Orders Purchase Orders Invoices Packing Slips Forms and templates exist but are unfinished, broken, or unreliable due to missing fields, bad mappings, and incomplete logic. What Needs to Be Done 1. Audit & Cleanup Review the full Zoho One configuration Identify: Missing or incorrectly defined fields Broken field mappings between modules Incomplete workflows Redundant or partially built components Correct field structures across all affected modules 2. Core Transaction Flow (Top Priority) System must reliably support: Creating Quotes Converting Quotes → Sales Orders Creating Purchase Orders Generating Invoices Generating Packing Slips All records must properly link across CRM, Inventory, and Finance, using the correct SKU and pricing logic. 3. Document Templates Review existing Deluge/HTML templates Reuse, fix, or rebuild as appropriate: Quotes Sales Orders Purchase Orders Invoices Packing Slips Documents must be clean, professional, and customer-ready 4. Inventory & SKU Logic Finalization Validate part-number–based inventory structure Finalize SKU rules for: Multiple price points Accurate cost tracking Correct downstream document behavior Ensure SKU logic works consistently across all modules 5. Data Structure Fixes Company notes Multiple addresses per customer/vendor Customer shipping account numbers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Proper data flow between modules 6. Stabilization & Go-Live Validate workflows end-to-end Confirm documents generate correctly Ensure system is stable for daily operations Support through go-live Who We’re Looking For Proven Zoho One experience (CRM, Inventory, Books/Finance) Strong Deluge and workflow skills Experience handling complex inventory and pricing structures Comfortable fixing and completing existing systems Clear communicator Reliable milestone-based delivery
