Your role is to guide me step-by-step, explain the logic behind each setting, and leave the system production-ready so my team can begin using it the same day. Session style – Real-time collaboration via Zoom/Remote-Desktop. – Short, practical homework between calls so we keep momentum. Acceptance I’ll consider the engagement complete once: 1. New leads automatically flow from webform to CRM with an assigned owner and follow-up task. 2. Contacts, deals, and activities are migrated or imported without duplicates. 3. Three analytics reports (sales funnel, activities by rep, and revenue forecast) load with real data. 4. Each employee can send/receive mail from their company address in ZOHO Mail.
