Zoho CRM & Telephony Over-haul

I need an end-to-end refresh of our Zoho CRM and connected telephony workflow for Econstruct. The goal is to remove every manual bottleneck inside the current setup and replace it with clean automation and real-time insights. Within Zoho CRM I want the entire module streamlined. Priority number one is lead and contact management: every record must land in the right place, be auto-tagged, and trigger the correct follow-up without staff intervention. At the same time, reporting and analytics have to move from spreadsheets to live dashboards so I can see pipeline health, conversion ratios, and call outcomes at a glance. Finally, the system has to play nicely with the rest of our stack; seamless integration with the telephony platform, marketing tools, and any future apps is a must. On the telephony side the calls need to sync back to the CRM automatically—recordings, notes, call duration, and next-step tasks should all appear inside the corresponding lead or contact. Click-to-dial from within Zoho, incoming-call pop-ups with contact details, and call-outcome automation are non-negotiable features. Accuracy, automation, and organisation share equal weight for me, so please come prepared to configure workflows, blueprints, validation rules, and any necessary APIs or PhoneBridge connectors until those three pillars are rock solid. I will consider the project complete only when my team can: • add or receive a lead by phone or web form and see it perfectly categorised inside Zoho within seconds • trigger follow-up emails, tasks, or calls automatically based on predefined rules • pull real-time dashboards for sales performance, call statistics, and lead sources without exporting data If you have deep experience with Zoho CRM customisation and telephony integration, I’m ready to get started right away.
