Sales Automation • Leads created on the marketplace must flow into Zoho as leads, complete with product interest and source tags. • Opportunities should progress automatically through the Zoho sales pipeline as orders move from “pending” to “paid”. • A quotation must be generated inside Zoho whenever a buyer adds items to a quote cart on the site and clicks “Request Quote”. Marketing Automation • Every purchase, abandoned cart, or newsletter opt-in must trigger the corresponding email campaign in Zoho Campaigns. • Social media posts that showcase new listings need to publish through Zoho Social, pulling product images and URLs directly from the marketplace database. • Customer records must be segmented by purchase behaviour, allowing dynamic lists such as “first-time buyers” or “high-value repeat customers”. Customer Support Any ticket opened through our help widget should create or update a Zoho Desk ticket, complete with user, order ID, and current order status. Acceptance criteria 1. Data syncs are bi-directional and occur within two minutes. 2. No duplicate records are created in Zoho even when a customer changes their email. 3. All workflows are demonstrated live in a staging environment before production hand-over.
