I need our custom marketplace to talk smoothly with Zoho CRM Plus. The scope covers three Zoho components—Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Customer Support—and each must sync data in real time so that users never notice a disconnect between the store front and the back office. Sales Automation • Leads created on the marketplace must flow into Zoho as leads, complete with product interest and source tags. • Opportunities should progress automatically through the Zoho sales pipeline as orders move from “pending” to “paid”. • A quotation must be generated inside Zoho whenever a buyer adds items to a quote cart on the site and clicks “Request Quote”. Marketing Automation • Every purchase, abandoned cart, or newsletter opt-in must trigger the corresponding email campaign in Zoho Campaigns. • Social media posts that showcase new listings need to publish through Zoho Social, pulling product images and URLs directly from the marketplace database. • Customer records must be segmented by purchase behaviour, allowing dynamic lists such as “first-time buyers” or “high-value repeat customers”. Customer Support Any ticket opened through our help widget should create or update a Zoho Desk ticket, complete with user, order ID, and current order status. Acceptance criteria 1. Data syncs are bi-directional and occur within two minutes. 2. No duplicate records are created in Zoho even when a customer changes their email. 3. All workflows are demonstrated live in a staging environment before production hand-over.
