Think timber on the front and outside, smooth surfaces and efficient fixtures inside. the back side does not need to be log, metal sheeting will be just fine. Scope of work (scaled for a modest budget): 1. Site-fit sketch showing overall footprint and utility connections. 2. Basic floor plan with plumbing fixture locations and clear accessibility routes. 3. Simple exterior elevation highlighting the log-cabin styling. 4. Materials and fixture suggestions that balance durability with cost. 5. A brief notes sheet covering code considerations (ADA, ventilation, drainage) so my local contractor can take it from there. I’m comfortable with PDF and DWG files; tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are fine as long as the drawings are clear and editable. This is a fresh build, so I’m flexible on layout ideas as long as the listed facilities are covered and the style direction stays consistent.
