I need an app for android and apple. The app is basically an agenda for my small forkforce of 10 people, with specific tasks for specific users with deadlines, notifications to user of pending tasks, notification to all when a user has completed his task, biweekly (every two weeks) agenda for the whole workforce. Two categories of users: administrator and common user Administrator has access to all the users, to assign or modify their tasks, send reminders and change the task priority to “regular” or “urgent”. The administrators setup the biweekly agenda, or modify it. The home page should have buttons for each user, when clicked, the users tasks should show up, in order of priority and date of creation of the task, with a color showing how close is the task to the deadline, green for within deadline limit(three days for deadline), yellow for (two days till deadline), orange (24 hours before deadline), red for deadline crossed. Each task has to to have, area (position on map), description of task and foto reference (upload picture). That’s the basic idea.
