Our WordPress site needs a fully working WhatsApp Business API connection so visitors can open a real-time chat with us and customers automatically receive order-status notifications. I do not yet have an approved WhatsApp Business API account, so the job begins with guiding me through the Facebook Business verification and number onboarding process, then moves straight into the technical integration. Key steps we expect you to handle: • Set up/verify the new WhatsApp Business API account and obtain the permanent access tokens. • We have offices in different countries like India, Kuwait, Qatar and UAE and as per the source of the client it should route to different phone numbers accordingly • Embed a floating or inline chat widget on every page of the WordPress site (Elementor is installed). • Connect WooCommerce so that “order received”, “order shipped”, and any future status updates trigger WhatsApp notifications to the customer. • Provide a simple dashboard or clear instructions inside WordPress for editing reply templates and notification text. • Test the flow end-to-end with me and leave the API credentials documented securely. Please bring previous experience with the Meta for Developers console, Cloud API or on-premise setup (whichever you prefer), WooCommerce hooks, and webhook security best practices. I’ll supply domain and hosting access as well as the business documents required for verification. Completion is when customer chats and order notifications work reliably in production.
