My current WordPress site needs a focused round of improvements that centre on flexibility for editors and a cleaner, more engaging experience for visitors. I want reusable, Gutenberg-style blocks created for the Home page, all Product pages and the Blog section so that any content editor can update copy, media or calls-to-action without touching code. Visual polish is equally important. Hover states should be added to buttons, images and the navigation menu; subtle movements or colour shifts are fine as long as they stay on brand and perform smoothly on mobile. To further lift engagement I plan to rotate several banner types—promotional, informative and event-specific—across key templates. A lightweight banner manager or custom block that lets me swap artwork and URLs in seconds will be perfect. Navigation needs an upgrade, too. The site’s category tree has outgrown the standard dropdown, so I’d like a mega menu with an “exploded” display that reveals sub-categories and featured thumbnails in one view. It must be keyboard accessible and responsive. Finally, I run a small product catalogue on Shopify. Please install and configure the official Shopify plugin so that products and inventory sync seamlessly into WordPress while preserving the design language you craft. Acceptance criteria • Editable blocks deployed on Home, Product and Blog templates • Hover effects applied to buttons, images and menu, tested in modern browsers • Rotating banner feature supporting promotional, informative and event artwork • Fully responsive mega menu with accessible markup • Shopify plugin installed, connected and syncing products without layout breakage • Work delivered on a staging environment, then migrated to production after approval
