I need a thorough cleanup and migration that will: Lift Core Web Vitals—especially Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)—into the green zone (<2.5 seconds). Preserve the existing SEO strength (crucial for a YMYL topic) while opening room for further ranking growth. Eliminate redundant subscriptions (specifically Builderall and its tools) so we stop paying for tools the new stack can already cover. Scope of Work The job starts with a full audit of the current WordPress/Divi setup inside Builderall. From there, the site is to be cloned, stripped of bloat (especially unused Builderall/Divi code), and redeployed on the hosting environment you recommend (proposals for high-performance managed WordPress hosting are expected). Throughout the process, the current features must be replicated and integrated: LMS Migration: The existing online courses (currently hosted in the Builderall container) must be transferred to a dedicated, password-protected WordPress LMS solution (e.g., LearnDash or MemberPress). Payment & Booking: The new architecture must integrate with Stripe (for payments) and seamlessly incorporate a new dedicated Booking/Scheduling solution (e.g., Calendly or Acuity). The current SEO plugins, performance-optimization plugins, and security plugins must remain active or be replaced with equivalents that keep every current feature intact. Key Acceptance Criteria – Mobile LCP consistently <2.5 s on PageSpeed Insights, demonstrating effective JavaScript deferral and CDN implementation. – No increase in page errors, broken links (full 301 coverage is mandatory), or CLS after launch. – E-A-T and YMYL authority must be maintained via proper implementation of author schema and content structure. – Search Console impressions and ranking positions maintained or improved two weeks post-migration. – Builderall billing cancelled with no feature loss. Deliverables (Entregables) Audit report with proposed architecture (including new hosting provider), LMS solution, plugins to retire, and cost-saving estimates (monthly subscription reduction). Staging copy of the cleaned site for review and testing of all integrated flows (payments, email signup, course access). Final migrated site live on the new host, with Cloudflare fully configured and monitoring established.
