I’m building a focused WordPress site for Shubharambh Realbuild that does one thing exceptionally well: turn visitors into qualified leads. Every element should guide a potential buyer toward making direct contact and reserving a time to talk or visit a property. Here’s the workflow I want: – A visitor lands on any page and can instantly start a live chat, drop their details in a quick contact form, or request a callback without hunting for links. – If they prefer, they can open a booking calendar, see our available slots in real-time, and lock in an appointment. Immediate email / SMS confirmations should follow automatically. To make that happen I’ll need: • Custom-styled Contact Form 7 or WPForms that feeds leads straight to our email and (optionally) our CRM. • Live chat embedded site-wide—Tawk.to, Crisp, or a comparable tool that lets my team jump in from desktop and mobile. • A dedicated “Request a Callback” form that stores the caller’s number, preferred time, and any message, again routing to email/CRM. • An appointment-booking module such as Bookly, Amelia, or Calendly integration, showing only the slots we mark as available, sending reminders, and blocking double-bookings. • Clean, responsive styling so everything above feels seamless on phone, tablet, and desktop. I’ll supply the hosting, logo, and basic content. You bring the WordPress build, plugin configuration, and any light CSS/JS needed to make the experience fluid and on-brand. Once finished, I should be able to log in, tweak form fields, adjust chat settings, and edit available appointment times without touching code.
