This is not a generic WordPress job — we are looking for someone who can turn provided content into visually stunning, polished pages using Elementor and professional design judgment. You will be working directly with the founder in real time, receiving content (text and images) and building pages as tasks are completed. The workflow is fast-moving and collaborative. Core Responsibilities WordPress + Elementor Page Design You will build and modify website pages using WordPress with Elementor Pro (fully licensed). Your responsibilities include: • Designing and assembling complete website pages using Elementor components • Leveraging advanced Elementor features such as containers, sections, responsive layouts, and dynamic elements • Using high-end Elementor templates and design blocks to construct polished pages • Ensuring layouts are visually balanced, modern, and professional • Adjusting spacing, typography, and hierarchy to create strong visual flow • Ensuring designs work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile You will be provided with: • Text content • Images • A powerful Elementor template framework with many components Your job is to turn those ingredients into beautiful pages. Photoshop Image Adjustments You do not need to create original artwork, but you must be extremely comfortable with Photoshop. Typical tasks will include: • Adjusting color balance to match site branding • Changing image tones to fit the design palette • Removing unwanted color casts • Correcting lighting and exposure • Blending images with background color schemes • Cropping and resizing images for optimal layout placement • Preparing web-optimized images (size, compression, clarity) • Minor retouching or cleanup where necessary • Exporting images in appropriate formats for web performance This role requires someone who can quickly take an image and make it visually match the design of the page. Layout & Visual Design Judgment We are looking for someone with strong design instincts, not just technical Elementor skills.
