The website is already in WordPress + WooCommerce with a fair amount of custom code, but it has never been taken through a complete launch checklist. I need a seasoned developer to step in, audit every layer of the build, and hand me a clear, ordered list of what still has to happen so we can open the doors without surprises. We also need also the tasks outlined to be completed so that we can launch our website My first concern is the e-commerce engine itself. The full product catalog has not been loaded yet and will have to be entered manually, SKU by SKU, so the audit must confirm the most efficient way to do that while preserving the existing design pixel-for-pixel. Alongside the catalog, please comb through cart, checkout, tax, shipping and any payment hooks, flagging anything that could break under load or conflict with the custom codebase. During the audit I also expect you to: • verify that all custom functions follow WordPress best practices and won’t be overwritten by future updates, • match every front-end element to the approved Figma files, and • highlight any plugin or performance bottlenecks that might slow the store once the catalog is live. - look into missing links and ensure the website offers a top class user experience comparable of the worlds leading luxury brands Deliverables 1. A written audit report (PDF or Google Doc) detailing findings, priority level, and recommended fixes. 2. A structured task list ready for sprint planning, including estimated effort for each item. 3. A brief outline of the safest workflow for manually adding the remaining products in WooCommerce. I will provide full admin access, staging credentials, design references, and the current product data on project start.
