We are running a WordPress site on a parent theme with a child theme in place, and I need some light-touch adjustments carried out directly in that child theme so updates remain safe. The work centers around a single custom post type template that currently pulls through default featured image but we want to display another image from the custom field for that same post type. Once done I’ll review on staging, and after approval you can push to production.
