I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to take full ownership of day-to-day order fulfillment inside my WooCommerce store. Your core responsibility will be to make sure every new order moves smoothly from “paid” to “shipped” without delays or errors. Here’s what that looks like in practice: • Log in to the WooCommerce dashboard several times a day, review paid orders, and verify item availability. • Generate and print shipping labels through the integrated shipping plugin (ShipStation or similar) and update each order with its tracking number. • Mark orders as completed and trigger the customer notification email once the label is created. • Keep an eye on any failed or pending payments and flag them for me immediately. I already handle customer support and inventory management myself, but if things go well, there’s room to expand into those areas later. For now, accuracy and speed with WooCommerce’s order workflow is what matters most. Deliverables will be considered complete each week when: 1. All incoming orders for that week show a “Completed” status with valid tracking numbers. 2. No customer reports a missing shipment due to processing error. 3. A brief end-of-week summary (orders processed, issues flagged) is emailed to me.
