I already have a WooCommerce store and a handful of n8n flows wired up, but they only cover the basics. I now need those existing workflows reviewed, tweaked, and extended so they reliably pass data to—and receive insights from—our chosen AI endpoints. Here’s what’s on the table: • Audit the current n8n nodes and triggers, then refine or add steps so every key WooCommerce event (new order, status change, customer update, etc.) flows cleanly into the AI layer via REST/JSON. • Handle authentication for both WooCommerce’s REST API and the external AI service, mapping fields so the responses can be written back to WordPress without conflicts. • Build error-handling, logging, and retry logic directly inside n8n to keep the automation stable in production. • Deliver concise setup notes or screen-share walk-through so I can maintain or extend the workflows myself later. Acceptance criteria: the revised flows must run end-to-end without manual intervention, return AI results within acceptable latency, and leave clear logs in n8n for every execution. If you’re comfortable making n8n, WooCommerce, and AI endpoints talk to each other seamlessly, I’m ready to get this moving right away.
