The site is stable, but it now needs several focused upgrades along with reliable, on-call maintenance. What I need right away • Advanced shipping functionality built around ShipTheory, including ParcelForce support and full real-time tracking visible both in the customer account area and on the admin order screen. • A customer reviews system that lets verified buyers leave ratings and comments directly on product pages. • Enhanced payment options; Worldpay must stay as the primary gateway, but I’d like the groundwork laid so we can add additional methods (e.g., Apple Pay or Google Pay) without major rework later. Ongoing work Once the new features are live, I want the same developer to handle routine plugin/Core updates, security checks, and any small tweaks we decide on as the catalogue grows. Acceptance criteria 1. Shipping label creation and tracking numbers flow automatically via ShipTheory → ParcelForce; tracking links update the WooCommerce order status page in real time. 2. Product review submissions are restricted to completed orders and display cleanly underneath each item, with star ratings feeding into average scores. 3. Payments continue to clear through Worldpay with no disruption, and at least one additional method is tested in sandbox. 4. Site performance scores remain at or above current levels after launch.
