I am looking for a senior WordPress/WooCommerce developer to integrate the API of my supplier into a new WordPress website. The goal is to automate the product catalog management and the ordering process with our supplier. Key Responsibilities: - Data Feed Integration: * Automate the import and daily update of the product catalog using JSON/XML Product Feeds. - Implement real-time stock updates (twice daily) via the Stock Feed. - Integrate the Price Feed to manage net buying prices and profit margins automatically. - Map product attributes (material, size, etc.) and imprint/decoration data for promotional items. - Automate the fetching of product and imprint images from the Supplier image server. Gateway API Integration (Orders): - Implement the REST Gateway service to transmit orders directly from WooCommerce to My Supplier. - Configure the system to handle different order types: Blank, Samples, and Decorated. - Automate the transmission of artwork/logo files via URL or HTTP call during the order process. - Setup automated "Push" notifications for Order Confirmations, Status updates (Processing, Shipped, etc.), and Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) with tracking IDs. Technical Requirements: - Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce. - Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML. - Experience with automated CRON jobs for data synchronization. - Ability to handle secure authentication (Basic Auth). - Previous experience in the promotional products industry or with Our Supplier's API is a huge plus. Deliverables: - A fully functional synchronization between Ou Supplier and the WordPress site. - Clean, documented code or a custom plugin.
