Project Overview We want a full-fledged real estate client experience via WhatsApp using WhatsApp Business. This is not basic messaging. You will build a structured system where leads can browse listings, request options, and book viewings through a premium, organized WhatsApp flow. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: You must set up and populate the WhatsApp Business Catalog with our listings (or listing categories) as part of the deliverables. What You Will Build 1) WhatsApp Buyer Journey (Experience Design) New lead welcome + expectations Buyer intake + qualification (budget, area, timeline, must-haves) Segmentation and routing rules (buyers grouped by category) 2) Catalog-Based Listing Showroom (MANDATORY) You will: Set up WhatsApp Business Catalog specifically for our real estate listings (or listing categories) Create a catalog structure (examples: For Sale / For Rent, Area, Price bands, Property type) Populate the catalog with our current inventory (or agreed starter amount) Ensure each catalog item includes: Listing headline (short and clear) Price Location Key features (beds/baths/land size/parking as applicable) Best photos (selected from our photo set) Link to full details (website page / album / video / Google Maps) 3) Listing Delivery Templates (Property Cards) Using the same content, build WhatsApp-ready “Property Card” templates for sending curated options: Standard copy/paste format for 1 listing “Curated set” format for sending 3–10 options cleanly CTA options: book viewing / request similar / update preferences 4) WhatsApp Business Setup (Speed + Organization) Label/pipeline structure (10–15 labels max) Quick replies library (organized by scenario) Greeting/away messages Chat naming conventions + daily workflow rules 5) Viewing + Follow-Up System Viewing booking script + confirmations + reminders Post-viewing follow-up sequence Cold lead reactivation sequence (7/14/30 days) Deliverables (At Completion) WhatsApp flow map (simple journey) WhatsApp Business configured: labels + quick replies + greeting/away Catalog created + structured + populated with listings (mandatory) Property Card templates + 10 examples populated from our listings Buyer intake script + seller intake script (if we do sellers too) Viewing + follow-up sequences Handover SOP: how we run this daily (steps + best practices) Required Experience Proven WhatsApp Business system builds (workflows + templates) Strong real estate copywriting and clean formatting Must demonstrate Catalog setup experience (or show a comparable WhatsApp Business catalog build) To Apply (Must Answer ALL) Describe a WhatsApp Business system you built and what you implemented Confirm you can set up and populate WhatsApp Catalog (mandatory) Share 2–3 examples of your message formatting/templates (property-style cards preferred) Provide a proposed catalog structure for real estate (categories you’d use) Put “CATALOG REQUIRED” at the top of your proposal
