I run a girls PG in Delhi with around 100 rooms and about 300 tenants. I’m looking to build a simple automation system to manage daily service requests like housekeeping, laundry pickup, maintenance, etc. The idea is that tenants should be able to send a request on WhatsApp (or scan a QR code), and the system should automatically generate a ticket. That ticket should then be printed on a thermal printer or sent to the relevant staff (housekeeping, laundry, maintenance) so they can complete the task. For example: Tenant sends “Laundry pickup – Room 402” → system generates a ticket → printer prints the request or staff receives it on their device → task gets completed and marked done. I’d also like the system to keep track of all requests so we can see which tasks are pending, completed, or delayed. The system should mainly handle services like: • Housekeeping requests • Laundry pickup / delivery • Maintenance issues • General complaints Apart from this, I also want a separate section for food. Food should not be mixed with housekeeping or maintenance requests. It should have its own section where tenants can send feedback, complaints, or queries related to meals. Ideally the system should be WhatsApp-based or QR-based so it’s easy for tenants to use. Let me know if this is something you can build and what the estimated cost and timeline would be.
