## Job Title AI-Driven WhatsApp Automation Expert (Interakt, Google Sheets, AI Chatbot, Vapi Voice Agents) ## Job Description We are **Dr Lalchandani Labs Ltd**, an NABL-accredited diagnostic laboratory based in South Delhi. We are looking to hire an **experienced freelancer or automation agency** to **design, build, and deploy an AI-automated D2C WhatsApp marketing and lead-closure system**. This role is **execution-focused**. Please apply only if you have already implemented similar WhatsApp automation systems. ## Project Objective To build a scalable WhatsApp-first automation system that can: * Run targeted WhatsApp campaigns using **Interakt** * Use **Google Sheets as the backend CRM** * Qualify, nurture, follow up, and close leads automatically * Use **AI WhatsApp chatbots** and **Vapi-based AI voice agents** * Enable appointment booking, payment links, and operations handoff ## Scope of Work **1. WhatsApp Automation (Interakt)** * Interakt setup and configuration * Broadcast campaigns and automated conversational flows * Lead tagging and status management **2. Google Sheets Integration** * Two-way sync between WhatsApp and Google Sheets * Read customer data and write lead status, booking, and payment updates **3. AI WhatsApp Chatbot** * AI-assisted chatbot for FAQs, lead qualification, and booking * Healthcare-appropriate conversational tone **4. AI Voice Agents (Vapi)** * Outbound calls to hot leads * Inbound calls on user request * Call outcome logging to Google Sheets **5. Lead Closure & Operations** * WhatsApp-based appointment booking * Payment link triggering * Automated handoff to internal operations team **6. Documentation & Handover** * System documentation and workflow explanation * Basic team handover ## Mandatory Experience * Proven experience with **Interakt WhatsApp API** * Google Sheets automation (Apps Script, Make, Zapier, or APIs) * WhatsApp chatbot implementation * Vapi AI voice agent integration or similar voice AI platforms ## Who Should Not Apply * No prior WhatsApp API automation experience * Generic or copy-paste proposals * Conceptual or learning-phase applicants ## Proposal Requirements (Mandatory) Your proposal must include: 1.
